Giusti apple cider vinegars are the result of an analysis of this type of product. Starting only from Italian organic apples, the products are obtained from a slow and natural fermentation. They do not undergo pasteurization, so that they keep the taste and nutritional properties intact. Apple cider vinegar, as well as an excellent seasoning, is a wellknown depurative food. In nofiltered products the “mother”, that is the bacterial colony left in suspension and responsible for acetic fermentation, remains.
