How to use: Dissolve in lukewarm water. For a very SOFT AND LIGHT gelatin that hardly sets, use 15 – 18 grams of granulated gelatin. It is recommended, only when you do not need to unmold. Ideally, for a jelly to retain its shape perfectly, they are 24 to 27 grams. In case you live in a place where the weather is very hot, or if you are using fruits or very acidic liquids, add 33 – 36 grams.
